Symptom diary
Log what you eat and drink and any symptoms. After a week or two the diary shows which foods are most often followed by symptoms. Everything is stored only in this browser on this device.

Patterns
Add meals and symptoms to see patterns. A food counts as "followed by symptoms" if a symptom of 4/10 or more is logged within four hours.

How to get the most out of it
- Log for at least two weeks, including weekends.
- Log symptoms even when they are mild, and note when you lie down.
- When a food stands out, cut it out for two weeks and see whether symptoms change. Change one thing at a time.
- Patterns here are clues, not proof. Late, large or fatty meals often matter more than any single food.
